In this session, syntheses of the global FLUXNET data set or related work will be presented. A broad thematic view is anticipated and topics may include climate and disturbance effects on fluxes at different time-scales from hourly to inter-annual, up-scaling approaches and model-data synthesis, carbon-water interactions and ecohydrology, bio-physical feedbacks as well as general QC issues.
