This session invites papers regarding theories, numerical simulations, and observations of the nature of magnetic dynamos in solar and extrasolar planets. Observational methods of interest are low frequency radio observations and other remote sensing techniques that may provide evidence for the presence of extrasolar planetary magnetic fields.
