Apart from organising and running your research project, what else are you doing to improve your employability and employment prospects? Depending on your career ambitions, there may be gaps in your experience or capabilities which could be usefully filled during the course of your PhD study or research contract. You may also benefit from developing some of your interpersonal skills. This workshop, which will include a formal presentation and informal interactive activities, will give you the opportunity to reflect on ways to improve your career prospects, as well as providing a forum to network with other researchers.
