The receiver function is a powerful technique exploited to unravel the structural characteristics of the Earth at different scales from the shallow crust to the deep mantle. Its potential makes the RF itself a unique tool with almost limitless possibility for subsurface structures explorations.
The session aims to bring together the community for discussion on the application and methodological advances of the P- and S- RF.
