As you plan and deliver your research project, you should also be thinking about how to improve your chance of a good job at the end of it. For example, have you considered whether you have any gaps in your experience or skills for the job you want? What do people know about you and your work? Do you know how to network effectively? This workshop, which will include a presentation and informal interactive activities, will give you the opportunity to reflect on ways to improve your career prospects. We will help you to explore your image (personal brand), give you tips on networking and provide an hour's networking with other researchers.
