The 23-nation Belmont Forum has implemented an international program to implement recommendations for an e-infrastructure to support global change research. This includes action themes for 1. Coordination, Communications, & Collaboration; 2. Data Planning & Management; 3. Best Practices; and 4. Human Dimensions/Training. The Town Hall will provide updates on these initiatives, describe potential funding opportunities, and ways for participation.
