Salt-affected soils in China

Sustainable food production is facing a number of serious challenges in the future due to pressures from an increasing population and urbanization which decreases the amount of arable land available. Increasing climate variability and climate change are also serious land management issues to address. Over the past 30 years, extensive studies have been conducted in China to address management issues associated with all types of salt-affected soils, including reclaimed marshy land, salinity and sodicity. We invite submissions on the latest research on all types of salt-affected soils in China
