While many of us are aware of the scientific work of our colleagues, we know little about the other duty of our (mostly) university job: teaching. The use of models is common in practice, but it is still a major challenge to teach modelling for students of the less mathematically oriented study courses e.g. from geography, biology or agriculture.
This session is dedicated to the teaching of hydrology and water resources management with a special focus on modelling. Possible subjects are e.g. the models and concepts used for teaching but also the presentation of data sets suitable for use in education.
