A meeting of NEESPI science team members to discuss progress on water and energy budget research, including the development and sharing of data sets related to the water and energy cycle modeling and analyses. Such data sets may include information related to reservoir storages and releases, river discharge, land cover and its change, soils, permafrost, and so forth. This splinter group meeting will be informal with the discussion being led by Eric Wood (Princeton) and Pasha Groisman (NOAA/NCDC).
