The purpose of this session is to integrate and compare data sets from ice core, marine and land records in order to obtain a better understanding of the ice-sea-atmosphere interactions and feedbacks during the Last Glacial-Interglacial transition, and to assess possible leads and lags between climate change as recorded in different archives. The session is focused on, but not restricted to, the North Atlantic region. We welcome contributions on different aspects of rapid climate change during the Last Glacial-Interglacial Transition including differnt proxies, dating, correlation, and modelling papers.
