We welcome contributions on the quantification and interpretation of carbon and water cycles and their interactions, at different spatial and temporal scales and believe that a nice joint overview can be achieved. Topics to be addressed at different scales may include among others: drought and wetness effects on carbon cycle, regional to global quantification of carbon and water cycles, water-use efficiency, carbon cycle feedbacks to the water cycle, and lateral water-carbon transport. Both modelling, experimental and monitoring (e.g. FLUXNET) studies are encouraged.
