This two-hour panel discussion will first introduce each of the panelists, then in succession, scientific questions and comments will be solicited from the floor on the following subjects: (i) the Tohoku earthquake, (ii) the Tohoku tsunami, (iii) financial and economic implications of the events, (iv) atmospheric dispersal, radiation and nuclear aspects of the event. The panelists will be:
