The EC-funded GO project (2005-2007) successfully calibrated the new method of seismic oceanography with traditional physical oceanography. In the following five years the project participants have worked with other groups worldwide to further develop the methods. The meeting will review the current state-of-the-art of this new discipline and report on projects past, present and planned.
