What's signal and what's an artifact in GNSS solutions ?

Several factors contribute to the continuous improvement in GNSS performance like networks deployment, real time and high sampling data availability, system hybridizing and modernization, reference frame and theoretical models updating, data processing refinements. These evolutions are pushing the limits in terms of precision in the time and space domain. They also enhance the spectra of positioning, timing and atmosphere sensing applications of GNSSs. While on the one hand innovative scientific investigations become accessible, on the other new error sources emerge and need to be discriminated.
This session encourage any submission dealing with recent improvements in data processing and âphysicalâ signal tracking as well as error analysis and mitigation.
Contributions may cover but are not limited to topics like:
- reference frame, orbit and clock products errors characterisation and mitigation
- multi-GNSS challenges and prospects
- recent improvements in measuring "small" and /or high frequency displacement originating from loading effects due to atmosphere, ocean and hydrology, seism, tectonicâ¦
- progresses in RT data availability, processing and products
