This session is open to contributions from current cryospheric research. We welcome high quality, new and innovative research and encourage discussion of the full breadth of cryospheric topics, including polar and mountain cryosphere. This session complements other sessions in cryospheric sciences with a more specific focus and will thereby accommodate cross-cutting themes as well as particular issues outside the usual palette of sessions.
