Whether you are interested in finding a job in academia or industry, in government or non-profit sectors, you will greatly increase your chances of success if you know how to navigate the application process. In this session, we will give you tips about finding the right job for you, preparing a good CV, and writing a targeted cover letter. We will give advice on how to draw on your strengths and personal abilities and on how to best convince your potential employer that you have the right knowledge and skills for the job.
This session will be run by Helen Goulding and Sarah Blackford, who have extensive experience in career training.
