The splinter meeting aims at representing all disciplines of Quaternary geology and palaeobiological research focused on the study area of South Georgia. The meeting will provide the opportunity to establish an international network for future collaborative research on the glacial and climatic evolution of South Georgia and the Southern Ocean.
