NeXOS, an FP-7 program, is focused on new and innovative sensors for in-situ ocean observations. Identifying the objectives and performance of a new generation of sensors is a high priority. This meeting will be a forum for discussion of sensor requirements for optical and acoustic sensors and their related information collection systems.
