The session accepts papers dealing with all aspects of ionospheric and upper atmospheric investigations. They include papers on observations and their interpretation, modeling and simulations, coupling between different phenomena and layers, and short-term as well as long-term changes under solar, atmospheric and anthropogenic influences.
