This splinter meeting is organized in the Joint working Group 1.2 of IAG subcommision 1.2 framework. The aim of this meeting is to discuss about modelling the loading impacts for reference frame realization. Three points will be discussed :
- accuracies of the current loading models and how to define it,
- current and future approaches in modelling loading effects (e.g.
taking into account non-elastic deformation, earth inner/upper/superficial geometry, etc...)
- geocenter motion induced by loading effects.
