ESA's Town Hall will detail the largest EO programme in the world with total free and open data access to all.
The leadership of the European Space Agency's Directorate of Earth Observation Programme will present the directorate's activities in an open forum with the audience, allowing for ample opportunity for engagement from the EGU public.
Topics to be addressed include: scientific achievements and programmatic highlights; the present and future mission fleet; the evolution and future of ESA's Earth observation programme; programmatic drivers and constraints; and complementarity with the activities of other major space agencies.
Director of Earth Observation Programmes for ESA, Josef Aschbacher, is foreseen to moderate and guide the discussion.
