This session aims to both discuss the metrics of communicating science through cartoons and teach scientists and researchers how to get started in drawing their own. Attendees will be encouraged to take part in live drawing. The key intended learning outcome is that anyone capable of putting pen to paper will understand how they can draw cartoons to explain their work to the wider community.
