Continuing with the success of last year’s Early Career Scientist (ECS) Great Debate, this session aims to give a more prominent voice to more EGU ECS members on important research-related issues.
During this Great Debate, participants will be invited to join a round-table discussion where everyone will be given the opportunity to discuss the chosen topic with other conference attendees. The topic of this year’s ECS Great Debate is: “Should early career scientists use time developing transferrable skills?’ By the end of the session we hope to have arrived at some collective advice which can then be shared with other EGU members.
Please note that due to the nature of this Great Debate places are limited, and will operate on a first-come, first-served basis, so if you want to be part of the debate then please make sure you arrive in time!
