'How the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) works' and 'The global carbon cycle'

Our Geoscience Information for Teachers (GIFT) workshop will run virtually as vGIFT in a series of six half-day sessions between 19–29 April. This fifth session focuses on 'How the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) works' and 'The global carbon cycle', followed by the workshop 'Classroom material using the IMAGGEO photo database'. It starts with a short introduction, has two 30-minute and one 15-minute presentation, followed by an hour-long 'hands on' workshop and a 45-minute long 'networking event'.
