We welcome contributions that use stable isotopes of light elements (C, H, O, N, S) and novel tracers (e.g., COS) to advance our understanding of biogeochemical and atmospheric processes. We invite studies based on field and laboratory experiments, analytical and instrumental developments, theoretical approaches, and modelling. We particularly welcome contributions addressing:
Isotopologues of carbon dioxide (CO₂), water (H₂O), methane (CH₄), carbon monoxide (CO), oxygen (O₂), carbonyl sulfide (COS), and nitrous oxide (N₂O)
Novel tracers and biological analogues
Polyisotopologues, including clumped isotopes
Non-mass-dependent isotopic fractionation and related isotope anomalies
Intramolecular stable isotope distributions and isotopomer abundances
Quantification and interpretation of isotope effects
Analytical, methodological, instrumental, and modelling developments
Isotope-based flux measurements
Stable isotopes and novel tracers in atmospheric and biogeosciences
