For the opening plenary we have invited users of climate services from different categories. From policy makers to commercial companies and from users that need information on the current climate to those with a focus on climate change. We’ll hear about their experiences, wishes and needs and we’ll discuss with them how we can improve our communication in order to align climate service provision better with the user needs.
