This theme day with focus on climate services will start with the user: Which kinds of climate services do they need? To answer this question we must establish a dialog between providers and users. In the opening plenary we will listen to the experiences and thoughts of various users and discuss with them.

The main session will show examples of this dialog between users and providers and show a broad range of climate services that has been or is being developed in Europe.

The concluding plenary will give the floor to various initiatives to bring coherence and structure to the development of climate services. Can we learn from each other? Do we have the right priorities?
