This session firmly focusses on the needs and experiences of the end users of our weather services. With our developing forecasting capabilities, we must ensure that the requirements of customers, partners, governments and communities are understood and that we are able to assess the benefits and costs of our services and of the weather itself. This understanding in turn drives the development of the modern forecasting systems that make best use of our data, science and skills.
