The session is devoted to theoretical and observational studies of planetary rings in the solar system, also covering the tenuous dust rings.

Although the properties of interplanetary dust are often different from dust in planetary rings, the general dynamics of interplanetary micrometeoroids bears many similarities. Abstracts related to the modeling of measurement of dust in the solar system in general are welcome.
