Inclusiveness Lunch Debate (public)
Convener: Melinda Dósa
Wed, 20 Sep, 12:45–13:45  / Room Mercury

We are planning a brainstorming session on the integration of currently underrepresented countries into the mainstream of European space research. There are several programs at the moment offering different grants, but according to the statistics these countries do not or cannot take real advantage of them.

You are warmly invited to come and take part in the discussion or just listen.

Participants are encouraged or to introduce the situation of space research of their (inclusiveness) countries, identify the difficulties and eventually suggest any ideas how money could help them in a sustainable way. We anticipate talks of 5-10 minutes. If you intend to take part in the debate please send a very short introduction of yourself to the Convener, Melinda Dosa (dosa.melinda@wigner.mta.hu).

We are providing a limited number of bursaries, reimbursing the travel costs up to 500 EUR for maximum one person per laboratory/institution on the basis of scanned boarding cards, tickets and invoices. An application is necessary, by filling out the application form at: https://epsc2017.eu/EPSC2017_SMW1_1-ILD-application-for-reimbursement.docx
A maximum number of 10 applications will be accepted.

Please send the application form to dosa.melinda@wigner.mta.hu.
