We wish to take advantage of the EPSC meeting to convene the SOC of the "Planetary exploration Horizon 2061" foresight exercise and to prepare for its final step, an international workshop on the Horizon 2061 theme to be held in Toulouse on June 5th to 7th, 2019. Session 1 on Monday evening for American remote participants; session 2 on Wednesday morning for Asian remote participants.
