Improved resolution, coverage and reduction of public global magnetic anomaly grids from WDMAM 2007 to 2011 edition allows more reliable modeling of anomalies and their geological sources. Papers are solicited to further improve coverage and quality of global, continental and national magnetic anomaly sets and to interpret existing global and lithospheric scale magnetic anomalies in terms of magnetic properties associated with geological source areas.
