This Short Course is a quick-fire and sociable way to talk about your research! It allows many Natural Hazards Early Career Scientists to come together to discuss their research interests and find others with similar interests or with ideas and experiences they can draw on. It is particularly useful in allowing researchers to share ideas and build connections through which future research collaborations can be developed, or to identify and solve specific problems they are addressing in their research or writing.
The speed-date is organized with a short preamble about the activity followed by a brief introduction about NhET (Natural hazard Early career scientists Team), the main organizer of this short course. The time of each speed-date session will be 3 minutes, depending on the number of participants.
