Presenting authors and participants can assess the live session page through a button of "Enter live session" at https://meetingorganizer.copernicus.org/EGU21/session/40163 when the session is active, after about 13:00—13:15 Central European Time (GMT+2) on Friday. On the live session page, a Zoom session will be active. The Zoom session comprises two parts: the authors' talks and the interactions between authors and participants. For the talks, a conference assistant will show pre-uploaded and pre-recorded slides/presentations, while authors are supposed to give their talks using the slides under the control of the conference assistant. There will be no questions between different talks. The interactions are based on the "Breakout rooms" function in the Zoom Meeting (e.g., https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3UB7j2JDWyw). We strongly recommend that you download the Zoom client (version 5.3.0 or higher). If you join Zoom through a browser, you must ask the assistant in the Zoom Meeting to assign you to breakout rooms by, e.g., writing to the assistant through chat in the meeting.
