Scientists in the early stages of their career often face unique challenges. EMS wants to support them by providing opportunities for exchange of experiences, learning from senior scientists and creating their own network to support the next steps in their career.

Thanks to the support of the Association of Private Meteorological Services (PRIMET, https://primet.org), Early Career Scientists are invited to participate in a networking lunch during the EMS2023. At the beginning there will be a short introduction of PRIMET. A few senior scientists will also be invited to the lunch to give ECS an opportunity to easily get into contact with them. Come and take the opportunity to meet other young scientists.

We appreciate if anyone interested would indicate their likely participation during the conference registration process, so food will be enough for everyone.
The catering will be mostly vegetarian and vegan.”
