Welcome to the EMS Annual Meeting 2025 call for sessions

We hereby invite you to take an active part in organizing the scientific programme of the conference from now until 14 January 2025.

Please suggest (i) new sessions with conveners and description and (ii) modifications to the skeleton programme sessions. Explore the programme streams (PSs) above, when making suggestions. Study those sessions that already exist and put your proposal into the PS that is most closely aligned with the proposed session's subject area. We encourage you to build diverse convener teams, considering different genders, early-career scientists, and different countries or institutes.
Please study the information for conveners, including the tasks that will be required in the organization on the session.

The EMS2025 Programme and Science Committee will consider all suggested sessions and use these to compile the final session programme as the basis for the abstract submission. Abstract submission will start mid February 2025.
