Welcome to the EMS Annual Meeting 2026 call for sessions

A provisional programme based on the session programme of the EMS2025 is now available here. We invite everyone to contribute to the development of the session programme of the conference from now until 12 January 2026.

Should you want to suggest a new session, please send us the following information to ems-annual@emetsoc.org by 12 January 2026: session title, short session title (max. than 45 characters), session scope/description, session convenors and their email addresses. Explore the sessions that already exist and consider which may be the most appropriate Programme Stream before making suggestions. We encourage you to build diverse convener teams, considering multiple countries and institutes, career stages, genders and all other forms of diversity.
We also invite conveners of existing sessions to review their session’s scope and make any necessary modifications.

Please study the information for conveners in the FAQ section, including the tasks that will be required in the organization on the session.

The EMS2026 Programme and Science Committee will then consider all suggestions and compile the final session programme as the basis for the call for abstracts which will start in early February 2026.
